Cancellation Policy
At my salon, I strive to provide each client with a relaxing, personalized experience. To ensure that everyone has the best possible care. I operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. I kindly ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid, as all deposits are non-refundable.
Arriving on time helps me keep the schedule running smoothly for all clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be lost. This policy allows me to manage my schedule efficiently and offer my services to as many clients as possible.
